For 30 years Alea’s mission is to provide excellent service to the customer, with the goal to satisfy their need and offer products that go beyond their expectations.
Founded in Nova Bassano, Rio Grande do Sul, ALEA started its activities in 1990 performing electronic maintenance. Seven years after being accredited to be a VIVO partner and starting to work in the telephony area. The current owner Marcio Dalmoro, acquired the company in 2002.
In 2018, Mateus Marcolina joined the company’s membership and began its expansion across the South of Brazil. In the year 2020, Felipe Dallagnese also joined the company’s membership, initiating a nationwide expansion.
Currently, Rede Alea has more than 1200 employees in more than 190 physical stores spread across the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, São Paulo, Pará and Minas Gerais. The company also operates in the DTD (Door to door) face-to-face channel with more than 150 salespeople who take the VIVO service to the customer directly at their home.
Over the years, Alea has been structuring itself professionally in the sectors of quality, control, technology and commercial management, in order to deliver excellent service to all its customers, increasingly seeking to consolidate and become a reference in sale’s point management in the national market.
